Two pastors he served with in youth ministry in Indiana had many positive comments to say about Jeff: “Jeff has an incredible heart for ministry and a fantastic gift package, and great support from his wife Amanda”; “Jeff has a teachable spirit … is entrepreneurial … self-initiates, is not afraid to dream.”; and much more affirmation for his ability to work with all kinds of youth, help in leading worship, and being a good team player.
